From Rails to Space, Seas to Mining: The Strategic Seal of Trust
- Public Utilities & Energy Infrastructure (TCDD, EÜAŞ, TEDAŞ, TEİAŞ): Our power systems operate across the entire Turkish railway network, extending to the most remote villages. We have successfully deployed bar-type 110V 24A rectifiers throughout EÜAŞ thermal power plants and all TEDAŞ & TEİAŞ distribution stations. Furthermore, we manufactured heavy-duty 1000-2000 kVA resistive load banks specifically for TEİAŞ.
- Defense Industry & Naval Projects (Ministry of National Defence & MİLGEM): DNS Power Systems is a trusted partner for the Turkish Ministry of National Defence, executing critical projects at naval bases in Gölcük, Marmaris Aksaz, İzmir, and Foça. We manufactured 380V Input / 440V Output 60 Hz Shore Power Converters and 115V 400 Hz marine converters for vessels. For the MİLGEM (National Ship) project’s military reconnaissance and intelligence vessels, we supplied medium-frequency 1000 Hz power supplies, 15-30-45 kVA converters, and 24V 100/200/300A rectifiers.
- Aerospace & Satellite Technologies:
We are honored to have contributed to Turkey’s aerospace milestones by engineering high-precision 110V DC 100A DC-DC converters for the Göktürk-1 and Göktürk-2 satellite projects.
- Rolling Stock, Rail Systems & Heavy Industry: Our specialized portfolio includes 220V 83.3 Hz AC inverters and 48V Input, 110V/24V/48V Output DC-DC converters for rail networks. For the Turkish Hard Coal Enterprises (TTK) coal transport systems, we delivered 50-60 units of 110V 200A rectifiers and 3 units of 2500A Static Transfer Switches (STS). We also provided customized STS and frequency converter solutions for Türksat.
- International & Global Mega Projects: We expanded our global footprint by delivering 6 units of 300 kVA UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) systems for the Mecca Metro Line in Saudi Arabia. Additionally, we exported industrial-grade 12V 2500A rectifiers for gold mining operations in Mauritania, Sudan, Niger, Nigeria, and Azerbaijan.
- Domestic Mining Sector: We empower leading mining operations across Turkey, providing heavy-duty gold extraction rectifiers ranging from 5000A to 10000A for prominent sites including Kayseri (Öksüt Mine), Sivas (Bakırtepe Mine), and Ordu (Altıntepe Mine).
