Warranty Policy & Conditions
All power systems and devices manufactured by DNS Power Systems are protected by a 24-month comprehensive warranty covering any material or factory defects. In the unlikely event of a technical malfunction within this period, necessary repairs will be executed strictly under the scope of our quality assurance.
Please note that faults resulting from operational use contradictory to the guidelines specified in the user manual fall outside the scope of this warranty. In such instances, costs related to reinstallation, testing, labor, or transportation arising during the repair or replacement process will not be covered.
The continuity and validity of this product warranty strictly depend on maintaining the physical and environmental operating conditions specified in the technical manuals provided by DNS Power Systems.
